Digital delivery

Digital song, artwork and video delivery has no shipping charge.

Physical keepsakes

CDs, vinyl and personalised merchandise are made to order. Delivery is charged separately and the available service and price will be shown before payment once fulfilment connections are live.

Tracking

Where the fulfilment service provides tracking, the carrier and tracking number will be attached to the order in My ExtraordinaryViews.

Personalised products

Personalised goods are made specifically for the customer, so ordinary change-of-mind cancellation/return rights may not apply in the same way as standard stock products. This does not remove rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Damage or errors

If a physical order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact ExtraordinaryViews promptly with the order number and suitable photographs so the issue can be assessed with the fulfilment provider.

International orders

Delivery times vary by destination. Local taxes, customs charges or import duties may be payable by the recipient where applicable.
