Personalised creative services

ExtraordinaryViews creates bespoke songs, artwork, slideshows, music videos and business music from information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings and important facts in their brief and at approval stages.

Approvals and revisions

All projects receive a lyrics approval stage before music production. Song-only projects then proceed to finished music and cover artwork. Music-video projects receive a song preview and approval stage before full video production. Each customer-requested revision round is £10. Corrections required because we did not follow information clearly supplied in the original brief are not charged as a customer revision.

Timing

Standard production is normally approximately 5–7 days once the information needed to begin has been received. Priority and rush services are subject to availability.

Personalised and digital orders

Because services and physical products may be personalised, cancellation rights can differ from ordinary goods. Where digital supply or personalised production is requested to begin early, checkout will ask for the appropriate acknowledgement before work begins.

Customer-supplied material

You must have permission to supply and use photographs, video, audio, logos and other material provided for your project.

Commercial use

Business/commercial packages are intended for agreed commercial uses. The exact permitted use should be confirmed with the selected package or quotation.

Governing law

These terms are intended to operate under the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer in their location.
